Throughout her career, she has supported mitigation operations in the field, coordinated labor crews, managed documentation across multiple concurrent restoration projects, and audited invoices for accuracy and completion on large-scale restoration projects across the country. Izze now supports the LHR Accounting department with a focus on Accounts Receivable communication and account follow-up while continuing to assist field teams on mitigation projects when needed. With a well-rounded understanding of restoration operations from both the production and administrative perspectives, she is known for her versatility, industry knowledge, and ability to adapt to the needs of both field and office teams.
