Yvette Winter is a strong leader with years of experience in all facets of restoration, mitigation, complex large loss reconstruction and new construction. Having led high-performing teams for over 25 years, she brings to LHR a vision of exceeding client expectations and a national team that can respond the growing need for emergency services. Starting her career managing public relations efforts and client development opportunities, she was quickly promoted to lead the insurance division of a reputable construction company from the ground-up. She first gained recognition as a top-performing sales manager with LHR and was promoted to President in 2024. Prior to joining LHR, Mrs. Winter was a regional development manager and branch president of a national restoration firm, where she’s maintained multi-million-dollar budgets and established reoccurring, long-term client contracts. Yvette excels at driving company growth and profit through communication, innovative thinking, and motivational management techniques.
