Teams On Site Within a Day to Assist Nashville Residents
The Friday afternoon storm produced damaging hail, some areas reporting golf ball and baseball sized hail. Within one business day of the storm Lincoln Hancock had a team on site, inspecting more than 100 properties in the region.
“We believe in casting a very wide net to ensure we’ve thoroughly inspected the properties,” said Chuck Schneider, president of Lincoln Hancock. “Our goal is to be there through all of the details that can make the rebuilding process seem overwhelming.”
The Lincoln Hancock team works to identify the scope of catastrophic damages after events like an earthquake, fire, tornado, hurricane or severe storm. They then work with community managers and boards of directors to assist and coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure that clients receive fair settlements.
Three condominium properties were identified with significant hail damage to roofing and siding. One of the claims exceeded $1.5 million while another property, a large 40-year-old flat roof condominium structure, presented several challenges requiring unique engineering specifications and changes.
“Lincoln Hancock took the reins immediately after our insurance claims were filed and provided superior professional service for our clients,” said John Hensley, vice president of Morris Properties. “They have assisted in every aspect of the claim, from the initial meeting with a claims adjuster to tough negotiations during onsite meetings and inspections.”
Lincoln Hancock was founded on the belief that homeowners need an ally, someone they can count on when the unthinkable happens. Rebuilding with quality and integrity, Lincoln Hancock works with homeowners through the insurance claims process and offers a full menu of rebuilding and restoration services.
