DALLAS, Texas – Lincoln Hancock Restoration, an Associa company, arrived in Denver and Colorado Springs areas to respond to extensive damage caused by severe storms that rolled through the area June 6.

The Wednesday evening storm was described as a 100-year storm by Colorado Springs mayor and produced damaging hail, several inches deep around Colorado Springs and Denver. Within two days of the storm, Lincoln Hancock had a team on site, inspecting more than 200 properties in the region.

“Our team, including our own engineer, arrives on site as quickly as possible to begin assessing damages,” said Chuck Schneider, president of Lincoln Hancock. “Our goal is to be there, hands on, through all of the details. In times of need, we’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work helping people rebuild and get back to their lives.”

The Lincoln Hancock team works to identify the scope of catastrophic damages after events like an earthquake, fire, tornado, hurricane or severe storm. They then work with community managers and boards of directors to assist and coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure that clients receive fair settlements.

Fifteen condominium properties were identified with significant hail damage to roofing and siding. The claims, ranging from $150,000 to $700,000, included a variety of roofing systems from a traditional pitched asphalt shingle roof to large commercial grade flat roofs.

“It has been a pleasure to work with the Lincoln Hancock Restoration team,” said Greg Smith, branch supervisor at Colorado Association Services in Colorado Springs. “The team was prompt, professional and courteous every step of the way. I highly recommend Lincoln Hancock to any manager or association that needs to navigate a catastrophic loss or large insurance claim.”
